Anyone help? Right after putting in the KEY, the installation gives the error message that it can not find the image file. Any clues?

Don't tell Virtual PC to control the physical DVD drive. Install Daemon Tools on the physical computer and tell Daemon Tools to mount the original ISO image that you downloaded. Then tell Virtual PC to control the Daemon Tools virtual DVD drive.
By the way, you are not expected to believe this until you try it. In fact if you're anything like me, you won't believe it even after you try it, but you'll keep using this trick anyway.

Alternative install methods can be found here - option 4 :o) http://www.vistabase.co.uk/welcome.php?getstarted
